The building is located in the district of Gracia, in the Escorial street of Barcelona, between an old traditional 3 story house and a 8 story residential building. The challenge of being in between such contrast is resolved by proposing a transition of heights and respecting the architecture of the street.

The 5-floor new building has apartments of 91 sqm and 96 sqm, and all the units have crossed ventilation and a balcony with sun protection, except for the duplex on the ground floor which has a patio on the backward instead.
