This little residential building (in França Xica street) from the early 20th century is located on a triangular corner of a block in the area of the highest altitude of the neighborhood. The comprehensive restoration preserves the number of apartments in the property. Working with the original materials and involving a rearrangement of the interior spaces, a new image of the apartments has been achieved, harmoniously combining the old and the new elements of the construction.
