At the right bound of Riu Sec, on its way by Cerdanyola del Valles, between Santa Anna’s bridge and C/ del Riu sec, an area taken by the rear facade of the buildings is reurbanized with the aim of creating a new pedestrian connection between both sides of the city. In order to open the walkway, retaining walls were built to hold the soil from the gardens of the buildings. On a later phase, the reurbanization of this promenade was done by creating resting zones, kids zones and green zones. Both sides of the promenade are connected with the city by to squares also included on the project
