This heritage building, in the Torrent de l’Olla street, from the beginning of the 19th century enjoys high value decorated facades and interior spaces that have been substantially modified as regards the original construction. During the different phases of its history, most of the residences have been modified, involving the restoration of preexisting valuable elements, re-using them to create new spaces and different atmospheres. The most important elements of the modernization of this building are the restoration of the staircase, including the plaster and the prints, the restoration of the entrance doors of the residences and the reconstruction of the interior courtyard and the installation of the elevator).
