This 18th-century building is located in the Barcelona Gothic quarter. The comprehensive rehabilitation of the building consists of a general redistribution of 9 houses and an adaptation of the communal areas including the covered plant terrace. The ground floor has two commercial premises. The original stone façade that lay under plaster and all the characteristic elements of the interior such as the joist and vault ceilings are recovered.
