This building is located in La Ribera neighborhood, in the Gignàs street, built at the same time as the adjacent building in 1866. The comprehensive restoration involves a rearrangement of the apartments and an adaptation of the community zones, including the roof plan. On the ground floor, a wide area is expected to be used as a community area including work, leisure and relaxation spaces.
